About NBC Sports Live Extra

NBC Sports Live Extra is a mobile app. It is also known by the same name in Dutch-language listings.
NBC Sports Live Extra is the streaming service behind live NBC Sports coverage on phones, tablets, and browsers. When games stall or streams refuse to start, this page tracks what is happening. Check here first before restarting your device or re-entering your TV provider details. We keep the status plain and current.
NBC Sports Live Extra is a mobile app and streaming service that carries live sports events from NBC. You sign in with a TV provider account, pick an event, and watch in real time. Most viewing happens through the app, though the website mirrors the same experience. Problems usually fall into a few buckets. Video streams buffer or drop mid-event. Logins fail when a provider account is not recognized. Search sometimes returns blank results, and server connection errors can block the app from loading at all. Before reporting an issue, try the basics. Confirm your internet connection is stable. Log out and back in to refresh your provider link. If the app will not open, check for an update. If everything on your end looks fine and the stream still fails, the issue is likely on the service side.
